Remember that risk is not the only factor in determining the best course of treatment. I’ve left a lot of my figures and statistics unsourced. Most figures come from CDC or WHO reports. Traffic morbidity and mortality come from the NTSB, and the NYC Department of Transportation. There are a couple of bugs I’ve spotted already.
