In this episode MosFet Electro Static Discharge (ESD) Handling, Bending MosFet Pins, Building the Heat Sink System. Applying Heat Sink Compound. This is MyConcept of what a PWM case should look like. Minimal cooling, no fan! Why, Because The Four MosFets are not driven hard. No moving parts to fail. Automatic Current Control! Why, Because without it any HHO cell will heat up and reach thermal runaway: Current increase and the cell gets hotter this continues until the cell melts or the current source fails or the fuse blows. A Function to monitor Peek Current! Why, because the System will fail if the peek current is to high. Knowing peek current means you are in control of your Cell and its Electrolyte. This containment device was built to test different concentrations of Hydrogen Peroxide. Catalysts can also be tested to see how differently they react with Hydrogen Peroxide. This experiment uses only 50 ml (about a shot glass) of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. You can see how quickly the pressure builds up. The catalyst is a minute amount of Manganese Dioxide. The pressure gauge is a 400 PSI full scale. The safety valve is 300 PSI.
