Chronic fatigue nutrition starts with a sound diet. To end chronic fatigue, it is crucial to get your body in balance. By that, I mean to drastically cut white sugar and processed flour from your diet. Cut back on fried foods and fast foods and move towards a living diet. A living diet as in fruits and vegetables. Take a minimum of 3 weeks and get rid of all the caffeine in your diet. No coffee, no tea, no pop (soda).
L-Glutamine or glutamine is a supplement which may enhance/support human growth hormone levels (HGH). There are some researchers in the chronic fatigue community who feel that there is a condition called leaky gut syndrome. The long and short of it is that if you suffer from leaky gut syndrome which in itself may lead to chronic fatigue syndrome, you are not getting adequate nutrition if the foods that you ingest. Hydrogen peroxide is found at different levels (percentages) and it has nothing to do with its purity. Never ever take hydrogen peroxide internally unless it is food grade and never ever take hydrogen peroxide internally unless it has been diluted to a level of 3% or less.What you will find on the market today is 35% food grade, 12% food grade, 8% food grade, 3% non food grade in drugstores, and 6% non food grade in the beauty salon for bleaching hair. Hydrogen peroxide should always be diluted to 3% or less and only food grade should be taken internally. For instance, what this means is that you should dilute 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide by mixing one ounce of hydrogen peroxide with 11 ounces of pure water (not tap water).
Before you run off to the drugstore to buy hydrogen peroxide, please understand that this is not the form that you want to use. Drugstore H2O2 often contains fillers which can harm you when taken internally. Never ever take a form of hydrogen peroxide in an amount more than 3%.
